I loved watching the chef do things first. Also I loved having written instructions. I just didn't like how many people were there because then I felt the chef was stretched thin among the guests.

We had so much fun learning to make sushi with Chef Luke. He was really helpful, explained everything really well, and it was really simple!

Chef Luke spent his early years captivated by legendary chefs Justin Wilson and Julia Child on television, not Saturday morning cartoons. He took this passion by the reigns and has now amassed more than 25 years of professional culinary experience, spending the last decade cooking up incredible fare in roles such as culinary instructor, food truck owner, and as executive chef at an exclusive private dining club.
