You'll begin by preparing refreshing Italian green beans topped with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Then, journey to the rustic hillsides to make a hearty ragĂą with tomatoes, red wine and sriracha to top a savory braised pork shoulder. Next, embrace coastal Italy with a fresh seafood risotto filled with scallops and shrimp in a creamy Parmesan sauce. Enjoy a decadent brown butter pasta with aromatic sage mixed in. Then, finish your meal with a decadent vanilla bean panna cotta made with fresh vanilla bean paste for dessert.

With gelatine, water, cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean paste

The food was delicious! Especially enjoyed the breakfast taco. Chef Washington was very professional and explained all the taco that were being prepared. He made the class so fun. I would definitely attend another class.
