Learn everything you need to know about Mexican comfort food in this cooking class with Chef Bause!
Start the session by preparing a restaurant-worthy guacamole made with ripe avocado, lime, olive oil and pico de gallo. Next, you'll create burritos filled with your choice of tender chicken or seasoned beef, wrapping them up in tortillas you'll make yourself. You'll also discover how to transform sweet corn into crema de elote, a smooth and tasty soup that's as comforting as it is elegant. And what would a comfort food menu be without dessert? Your sweet treat for this session will be a velvety flan drizzled in caramel.
