Learn to make Mexican favorites that'll wow your guests in this beginner-friendly cooking class.
Mexican fare is known for its deep, spicy flavors and textures, with vibrant colors to match. With Chef Bause's help, you'll learn the building blocks of how to recreate these while making three classic dishes from scratch. You'll start by hand-rolling and frying crispy chicken flautas de pollo with chicken, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese. After that, you'll prepare tacos al pastor and get tips on how to layer aromatic and bold spices into the pork marinade and even press your own tortillas from scratch. Wrap up the experience by creating warm, cinnamon-sugar-coated churros for a sweet ending.
