Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking to sharpen your skills, this culinary class focuses on two much loved sushi rolls: the California roll and the veggie roll. You'll start the session by making sushi rice, an essential foundation for any great roll. Then, Chef Ranada will guide you through rolling techniques as you create a California roll with nori, sushi rice, avocado, surimi and cucumber. Next, you'll make a refreshing veggie roll, featuring mango, avocado and cucumber for a delicious plant-based twist. By the end of this class, you’ll be able to make these classic sushi staples from your kitchen using budget-friendly and accessible ingredients.
