During this culinary lesson, you'll learn how to create delicious homemade pasta and sauce using simple tools and ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen. Chef Ranada will guide you step by step as you learn essential techniques like mixing and kneading pasta dough to rolling and cutting it into fettuccine. You’ll also learn how to craft a flavorful marinara sauce with tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, red pepper and garlic. By the end, you’ll not only have a delicious meal to enjoy but also the skills and confidence to recreate it anytime.
