Experience a romantic culinary evening with your partner in this hands-on cooking class.
Chef Erin will show you how to make an amazing steak and lobster dinner that's perfect for date night. You'll start by assembling a seasonal charcuterie board with artisanal meats and cheeses, crackers, jams and spreads. You'll then work together to cook a juicy filet mignon and sweet lobster tail, paired with tasty sides like garlicky broccolini and potatoes flavored with truffle and chives. For dessert, you'll get to dip fresh fruit and pound cake into warm melted chocolate, the perfect ending to a tasty gourmet meal.
