Cooking Class: Pasta Making With Chef Dylan at a Local Wine Bar
Join Chef Dylan to make fresh pasta from scratch and a homemade sauce in this cooking class.
Begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe for making fresh pasta dough with flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Then, master the technique of kneading the dough and rolling it out into sheets. Then, cut the dough into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, whip up a homemade marinara sauce with fresh tomatoes. Season the sauce with basil, red pepper and garlic. Mix the al dente pasta into the sauce and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Dive into your homemade Italian feast and revel in your newfound culinary skills.

It was so much fun and an incredibly enjoyable experience. Learned so much and can’t wait to start making my own past from scratch!

Chef Dylan did an excellent job! They should have capped off the # as there were too many people. For the future I also suggest that the bar offers water with the meal. The pasta was delicious and a lot of fun to make!!! Thank you Chef Dylan. Left cash there for him for a tip.

I think a voice amplifier would help to help everyone know the directions as well as provide paper copies of pasta and sauce recipes. Also having more pasta makers and more than one pot of boiling water for pasta because it took a long time to get food out with 22 people in group. We left a little after 9pm and they still had 5 people waiting for pasta to cook. So either more help and supplies to help cook or less people in group because we definitely were way over 2 hours. But It tasted delicious and had a great time with the group. Fun activity
