Begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe for making fresh pasta dough with flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Then, master the technique of kneading the dough and rolling it out into sheets. Then, cut the dough into fettuccine. As the pasta boils, whip up a homemade marinara sauce with fresh tomatoes. Season the sauce with basil, red pepper and garlic.
