Cooking Class: Make Marinara Fettuccine With Chef Mark
Learn traditional pasta-making techniques in this immersive cooking class with Chef Mark.
Led by Chef Mark, this session is all about helping you master the fundamentals. You'll start by making silky fresh pasta dough where you'll learn the proper ratios of flour to eggs and the super important role that a touch of olive oil and salt play in achieving the perfect texture. You'll learn the proper kneading, resting and rolling techniques to achieve that signature al dente bite that only fresh pasta can deliver. While your pasta dough rests, you'll craft a classic marinara sauce with tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. In the end, you'll combine your handmade fettuccine with the aromatic marinara sauce to create an authentic, flavorful pasta dish.

The class was very disappointing, not what we were expecting at all. The venue that the class was at was open to the public so there was people coming in and out talking very loud so it was very hard to hear the instructions. We were expecting it to be much more interactive where we could actually cook but it was basically listening to instructions. We could have just stayed home and watched a video online and saved ourselves the $200.

The website greatly over advertises the experience, this felt like a waste of money and time, the chef seemed like a decent guy but he was ill prepared and also committing health hazard after health hazard. if you want to learn anything or actually get to cook I wouldn’t reccomend this class, or booking with this company, honestly hoping a manager or supervisor contacts me because I have so many complaints and worries that I need to speak to someone about.
