Learn how to make pasta from scratch and a creamy sauce to pair with it in this cooking class with Chef Luis!
Begin the class by mastering the time-honored recipe for making fresh pasta with flour, eggs, olive oil and salt. Combine the ingredients into a dough and learn the chef-approved techniques to knead the dough before rolling it out and cutting it into pappardelle pasta. As the pasta boils, whip up a creamy sauce with butter, fresh cream and Parmesan cheese. Season it with garlic and Italian seasoning and simmer until finished. Mix the pasta into the sauce, then serve it up. Finish the class by reveling in your homemade Italian feast and your newfound culinary skills.

Having Chef Luis come over and do a lesson was so much fun! We really enjoyed the evening and learned some great new tips, along with new recipes. We were a little nervous, not sure what to expect (we may have watched to many Hell’s Kitchens, where chefs yell a lot), but he immediately walked in and made it a relaxing night. He was just like inviting a friend over and cooking together. We would highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Chef Luis was amazing. I booked him for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We made a four course Greek dinner. Five star experience and one my wife will never forget. Guys, if you want to impress your lady, I highly recommend this experience and if you are in the Salt Lake market, you have to bid Chef Luis!!
