Plus, whip up a savory dipping sauce to enjoy alongside the summer rolls. Next, you'll have an option for your main course. Make a vegan version of one of your favorite comfort foods. Use dairy-free cheese, wild mushrooms and vegan pasta to make a decadent mac and cheese. Or make an earthy and hearty mushroom stroganoff with wild mushrooms and vegan pasta. End the meal on a sweet note by transforming aquafaba, cacao and vanilla into a decadent chocolate mousse for dessert.
