Explore the flavors of Spain in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Jimi.
At the start of the class, you'll have two options for your appetizer. Blend tomatoes, garlic and olive oil and chill the mixture to make a traditional gazpacho. Or cook potatoes until crispy and sprinkle with paprika, then whip up a creamy and spicy Bravas sauce to make a delicious patatas bravas. Moving on to the main course, you'll make an authentic seafood paella. Prepare shrimp, mussels and clams like a professional, then make a fluffy rice seasoned with aromatic saffron. Cook the seafood and rice until golden and crispy. Then, whip up a choux pastry and fry until golden brown to make decadent churros. Dust with cinnamon sugar and serve alongside a homemade chocolate sauce for dessert.

Fun class, and the sauce he made was so yummy! We wish we could have learned a bit more though so we could make the whole dish from scratch! Thank you!!

Chef Jimi was nice! The class was super fun and interactive, we just wish he went a little more in detail with some of the steps and the reasoning behind them. Besides that, we had a blast!
