Enjoy homemade creations for your next pizza night with this hands-on cooking class.
Under the guidance of Chef Jimi, you'll learn how to make a traditional pizza and a dessert pizza from scratch. Begin the class by chopping fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and aromatic basil for a refreshing Caprese salad. Then, learn the recipe to make homemade pizza dough and the technique to knead and stretch it. Shape it into a pizza crust and top it with homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella. Then, customize your pie by adding all your favorite toppings. Then, make a decadent dessert pizza, by topping a crispy crust with homemade Nutella cream for an ooey gooey treat to end on a sweet note.

Fun class, and the sauce he made was so yummy! We wish we could have learned a bit more though so we could make the whole dish from scratch! Thank you!!

Chef Jimi was nice! The class was super fun and interactive, we just wish he went a little more in detail with some of the steps and the reasoning behind them. Besides that, we had a blast!
