In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to perfectly balance different spices, grill meats and work with phyllo dough to create a complete Mediterranean meal. Start by making crispy falafel and creamy hummus, paired with warm, fresh pita bread. For the main course, you can pick between making chicken souvlaki or a flavorful gyro, seasoned with authentic Mediterranean spices. Wrap up the session by crafting kataifi baklava, a sweet treat made with thin layers of phyllo dough and honey-soaked nuts.

Fun class, and the sauce he made was so yummy! We wish we could have learned a bit more though so we could make the whole dish from scratch! Thank you!!

Chef Jimi was nice! The class was super fun and interactive, we just wish he went a little more in detail with some of the steps and the reasoning behind them. Besides that, we had a blast!
