Prepare a Japanese-inspired meal in this fun cooking class with Chef Mary.
You'll start by making a warm miso soup with miso paste, tofu and green onions. Then, you'll get the chance to create your favorite rolls, from California rolls to spicy tuna rolls and vegetable rolls. This is the part where Chef Mary will show you how to perfectly season sushi rice, slice ingredients with precision and roll your sushi like a pro. Then, you'll wrap up the experience by preparing authentic mochi ice cream, a delightful Japanese dessert made from mochi rice dough and ice cream filling.
