First, Chef Jasmine will walk you through the art of dumpling-making and show you how to fill and pleat them the traditional way. Then, you can either steam or pan-fry them into crispy pot stickers. Next, you'll balance the heat of spices with fresh vegetables and toasted peanuts as you stir-fry a flavor-packed Kung Pao chicken. For dessert, you'll make golden fried bananas drizzled with honey and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Chef Jasmine's friendly teaching style means you'll walk away from this culinary workshop understanding the balance of flavors and textures needed to recreate these dishes in your own kitchen.
