Led by Chef Mary, this culinary experience is all about celebrating the practical yet precise cooking techniques that make Asian cuisine so unique. During the session, you'll prepare classic dishes such as dumplings. Chef Mary will show you how to fill and fold them perfectly before steaming them until tender or pan-frying them into golden pot stickers. Next, you'll learn all about wok cooking as you cook a zesty Kung Pao chicken that combines crunchy vegetables and roasted peanuts with a nice, flavorful sauce. Last but not least, you'll finish the session with a delightful dessert of golden-fried banana fritters topped with honey and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
