You'll start by preparing French onion soup where you'll learn to transform simple onions into sweet, golden strands through a slow cooking technique. Next, you'll master the art of braising meat in wine; either by preparing the famous coq au vin (chicken) or boeuf Bourguignon (beef). The class concludes with a hands-on lesson in French pastry, where you'll craft a beautiful fruit tart using handmade dough and seasonal fruits. By the end, you'll have the skills to bring these French cooking techniques into your own kitchen.
