In this cooking class, Chef Jasmine makes French cuisine accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
The session is focused on creating a three-course menu that begins with a soul-warming French onion soup with melty Gruyère cheese on top. Then, you'll move on to creating an entrée of your choice: succulent coq au vin or a hearty beef Bourguignon that tastes like it came straight from a Parisian bistro. For the grand finale, you'll create a stunning fruit tart with the perfect crust and fresh seasonal fruit. Whether you're new to cooking or just love French food, Chef Jasmine keeps things relaxed and fun while teaching you techniques you'll use again and again.
