Learn to craft traditional French recipes from scratch in this interactive cooking class.
As you step into Chef Jimi's cozy kitchen, you'll discover a world of different flavors, techniques and inspirations that'll transform the way you cook. The session starts with you creating a comforting French onion soup with caramelized onions, broth and Gruyère cheese. Next up, you can either make coq au vin with wine-braised chicken or a rich beef Bourguignon, both classics that French grandmothers have perfected over generations. For dessert, you'll learn to make a beautiful fruit tart from scratch, complete with a buttery crust that melts in your mouth.

Fun class, and the sauce he made was so yummy! We wish we could have learned a bit more though so we could make the whole dish from scratch! Thank you!!

Chef Jimi was nice! The class was super fun and interactive, we just wish he went a little more in detail with some of the steps and the reasoning behind them. Besides that, we had a blast!
