In this hands-on experience, you'll prepare a traditional three-course meal starting with a perfectly caramelized French onion soup topped with melted Gruyère cheese. For the main course, choose between braising coq au vin or boeuf Bourguignon, focusing on creating a deep, rich sauce. Then, you'll complete the session with a beautifully made fruit tart with a buttery, flaky crust and a sweet, fresh filling of seasonal fruit.
