In this experience, Chef Tiffany will guide you through every step of creating a three-course meal that showcases the best of Italian flavors. Begin with a fresh bruschetta topped with ripe tomatoes and a savory olive tapenade. For the main course, choose between making tender chicken marsala with a flavorful pan sauce or creamy mushroom risotto. Then, the class ends with you either preparing a smooth panna cotta or a classic tiramisù. Whatever your choice, you'll enjoy a fun and unforgettable cooking experience.

Meet your chef
Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
