Join this approachable cooking class where you'll learn to make pasta and other classic Italian dishes.
Pasta lovers rejoice! This engaging Italian cooking class focuses on classic Italian pasta. But of course, before you learn to make pasta from scratch, you'll start off your three-course meal with crispy bruschetta topped with ripe tomatoes and basil. For the main event, you'll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch, shaping it into tagliatelle or gnocchi to pair with a flavorful tomato basil sauce. And for dessert, you'll craft a traditional tiramisù with layers of mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.

Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
