Learn the basics of French cuisine in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Tiffany.
Designed for foodies interested in French cuisine, this workshop introduces you to traditional techniques that you can use at home. You'll start by preparing a flavorful, perfectly caramelized French onion soup, and for the main course, choose between a tender Coq au Vin or a hearty boeuf Bourguignon. Your culinary adventure ends with a classic fruit tart, featuring a nice flaky crust topped with fresh fruit. Plus, you'll learn to make the dough for the dessert from scratch, too, and get tips on how perfect it in real time.

Meet your chef
Born and raised in Maryland, Chef Tiffany gathered her strong sense of Southern culture from her mother. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, she began teaching, which has given her the chance to share her enthusiasm for cooking. Chef Tiffany is excited to bring her experience and passion in the culinary world to a growing roster of students of all skill levels and backgrounds.
