Cooking Class: Make Comforting Spanish Classics With Chef Damon
Explore the flavors of Spanish cuisine in this engaging cooking class with Chef Damon.
First, you'll have your choice of starter. Learn the art of making an authentic gazpacho. Chop tomatoes and garlic and blend with olive oil for a flavorful, chilled soup. Or, make spiced patatas bravas with crispy potatoes topped with a creamy Bravas sauce. Then, master the time-honored technique of making seafood paella. You'll make fluffy rice seasoned with aromatic saffron and learn how to prepare shrimp, mussels and clams to add to the dish. Finally, whip up choux pastry to make crispy churros fried until perfectly golden brown. Dust them in cinnamon sugar and serve with a side of chocolate sauce for a decadent dessert to end the meal.
