The class begins on a flavorful note as you make your choice of appetizer. Blend tomatoes, garlic and olive oil into a creamy gazpacho. Or cook up crispy potatoes seasoned with paprika and topped with a spiced Bravas sauce. Next, you'll learn the art of making the perfect seafood paella. Craft a fluffy rice seasoned with saffron and mix in shrimp, mussels and clams for a seafood medley. Finally, whip up choux pastry and fry it until golden brown to make crispy churros dusted with cinnamon sugar. Plus, a homemade chocolate sauce to serve along with the churros for a decadent dessert.
