Cooking Class: Handmade Sunset Rolls With Chef Olivia
In this cooking class, you'll learn how to make a maguro sunset roll like a professional!
Under the guidance of Chef Olivia, you'll learn how to make the perfect seasoned sushi rice to be the base of your dish. Then, spread the rice on the nori sheets and layer with crab salad, avocado and cucumber slices. Next, you'll learn the time-honored technique to roll the sushi into tight spirals and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place a piece of sushi-grade ahi tuna on top to make it a maguro roll and garnish with a bit of sriracha mayo for a little added spice.
