In this cooking class, you’ll learn how to make three courses that will transport you to the Mediterranean.
Begin the class by transforming chickpeas into falafels fried to golden perfection. Serve them with a creamy hummus and flaky pita bread. Then, pick your choice of main course. Cook up a tender chicken souvlaki seasoned with olive oil and zesty lemon. Or make a savory gyro filled with juicy rotisserie meat and topped with tzatziki sauce. Finish on a sweet note with a flaky baklava, layered with honey, phyllo dough and pistachios for a decadent dessert.
