Master the art of making sushi rolls and other Japanese favorites from scratch in this cooking class.
Begin the class by simmering a savory miso soup filled with tofu and green onions. Then, master the art of making sushi by hand. You’ll use perfectly seasoned rice, nori sheets, assorted vegetables and sushi-grade fish to make California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and vegetable rolls. Plus, practice your knife skills chopping ingredients and slicing the sushi into bite-sized pieces. Finally, make mochi dough from scratch to fill with ice cream for a sweet dessert to end the meal.
