For the main course, choose between two delicious options: creamy mac and cheese with wild mushrooms or a rich mushroom stroganoff served with vegan pasta. And for dessert, you'll learn to make a creamy, protein-rich aquafaba chocolate mousse with cacao and vanilla, demonstrating how plant-based desserts can be just as indulgent as traditional ones.
