Then, for the main course, learn the recipe to make either tagliatelle or gnocchi from scratch. Plus, you'll master the technique to knead the dough and shape it. As the pasta boils, whip up a savory tomato basil sauce to pair with it. Finally, soak ladyfingers in espresso and layer with mascarpone and cacao to make a decadent tiramisĂą for dessert.

Chef Eric brings more than 20 years of professional experience as a culinary expert to his instructional table. He served as a banquet chef, hosting colossal large-scale events before discovering his passion for teaching others how to create wonders of cuisine. Since then, Chef Eric has taught for the past three years at a well-known culinary academy, influencing and mentoring hundreds of newly-minted chefs as they hone their skills and reach for the stars.
