Cooking Class: Homecooked Italian Fare With Chef Andy

Learn to cook like a true Italian grandma in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andy!


You'll prepare a three-course menu using traditional techniques and timeless recipes that have nourished Italian families for centuries. You'll start with a rustic bruschetta featuring ripe tomatoes and handcrafted olive tapenade. Then, craft tender chicken marsala perfumed with wine and fresh herbs for your main course. And for the finale, prepare a layered tiramisĂą with ladyfingers dipped in espresso.
