During this culinary lesson, you’ll prepare a traditional Italian meal from scratch from a master chef known for his expert yet approachable techniques. Your three-course menu begins with classic bruschetta, featuring juicy tomatoes and aromatic basil. Next, roll up your sleeves and get ready to handcraft pasta dough and shape it into pillowy gnocchi, perfectly paired with a simple yet delicious tomato basil sauce. And for dessert, Chef Andy will show you how to assemble a luscious tiramisù by layering creamy mascarpone and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.

Chef Andy and Esme were amazing; Andy exudes a warm, easy personality, immediately making us feel at home in his class. We brought our kids aged 5-13 and he was engaging, interactive and involved our kids in every part of the class - our kids loved Chef Andy. We couldn’t recommend this class with any more confidence, and can’t wait to do another class with Chef Andy.
