Cooking Class: Plant-Based Tex-Mex Comforts With Chef Danushka
Learn how to make vegan versions of comforting classics in this cooking class with Chef Danushka!
Begin the class by making homemade guacamole for an appetizer. Master the technique of chopping cilantro, tomato and onion. Then, mash an avocado and mix it all together with a squeeze of lime. Next, season plant-based meat with chili powder, cumin and smoked paprika for mouth-watering tacos. Combine masa and water to make corn tortillas and fill them with your taco "meat" and load it up with toppings. Finish the meal with homemade churros, fried to golden perfection and dusted with cinnamon sugar for a decadent dessert.

Chef Danushka was awesome! My fiancé and I really enjoyed her class. The apple pear rum cake is DELICIOUS and the ravioli was amazing. We have recommended this class to all our friends and we plan on booking another class in the future!
