You'll get a taste of rustic French cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Join Chef Mary Jane for a journey through authentic dishes from the French countryside.


To begin the class, you'll make a creamy leek and potato soup that will comfort you from the inside out. Next, learn how to make a traditional coq au vin with tender chicken braised with white wine and thyme. Then, whip up a velvety pomme purée with cream and butter to serve as a flavorful side. Indulgent tarte tatin with apples and caramel for dessert to end the meal.

Chef Mary Jane’s expertise in pasta-making shone through, as she patiently guided us through each step of the process. From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling it out and creating beautiful pasta shapes. I not only learned the art of making fettuccini, ravioli, and tortellini but also discover the magic of the roasted butternut squash filling. After the class I feel more confident in my pasta making skills.
