Cooking Class: Make Tuscan Classics With Chef April

Join this interactive cooking class and discover how to create bread-centered Tuscan favorites.


During this session, you’ll shape pre-made dough into fresh loaves to bake on the spot. You’ll also make your own dough from scratch, which you’ll take home to ferment and bake later. But that's just the beginning. The menu also includes a creamy dipping sauce made with melted Fontina cheese, olive oil, garlic, thyme and rosemary. You’ll also prepare a hearty Tuscan ribollita soup packed with onions, carrots, spinach, cannellini beans and pancetta, perfect for pairing with your fresh bread. To finish, enjoy a sweet apple crisp made with old-fashioned oats, brown sugar and butter.
