During this session, you'll learn how to mix and shape spaghetti strings and ravioli pasta pockets filled and topped with a cacio e pepe sauce and a ricotta mixture. Chef Luca was high energy and so much fun!!! We laughed all night as he prepared our amazingly delicious meal. He came with chopped, diced and grated ingredients so the course didn’t last 3 hours. However he shared every ingredient with us and the story behind each dish. We were hands on making and rolling the pasta but Lucas prepared all the other dishes, which was totally ok with me. Everything he made was with fresh ingredients and tasted incredible. This is a perfect class to sit back, ask questions and eat ALOT of amazing food, so make sure you are hungry!!!!! Thank you for a great night Chef Luca!!!!
