You'll begin by making zeytoon parvardeh, a flavorful Persian dip with pomegranate, olives and walnuts. Next, learn how to prepare a tangy harissa sauce to drizzle over charred cabbage topped with almonds. Finally, you'll make golden tahdig (crispy Persian rice) served with beautifully seasoned chicken kebobs. Chef Eric will be there to guide you every step of the way, sharing helpful tips and hints to recreate this delectable feast, which could be the beginning of your love affair with Persian cuisine.

Meet your chef
Chef Eric brings more than 20 years of professional experience as a culinary expert to his instructional table. He served as a banquet chef, hosting colossal large-scale events before discovering his passion for teaching others how to create wonders of cuisine. Since then, Chef Eric has taught for the past three years at a well-known culinary academy, influencing and mentoring hundreds of newly-minted chefs as they hone their skills and reach for the stars.
