Join Chef Emmanuelle for a special New Year's Eve cooking class!
You'll prepare a festive and elegant NYE menu with party dishes like chilled shrimp, smoked salmon and French onion soup. For the main course, you'll make hearty beef Bourguignon braised in red wine, paired with crispy potatoes, rice-stuffed acorn squash with feta and perfectly glazed seasonal vegetables. And for dessert, you'll learn to create decadent desserts like crème brûlée and crêpes while enjoying music and festive entertainment. This cooking class is a fun, hands-on way to welcome the New Year while mastering classic French cuisine.

Great experience with Chef Emmanuelle! We did the French classics and had a great time preparing and learning her cooking tips on the way. Would highly recommend this class and the Chef.

I had a great time today learning to make Vegan & non-vegan chocolate truffles. Chef surprised us with a bonus lesson learning to make crepes. Class size was small & intimate. She & her husband recorded me & took pictures for me. I even learned to flip my crepe in the pan. Next class I want to bring my daughter who purchased this class for my Christmas gift.
