In this cooking class with sushi master Chef Fernando, you will learn how to prepare a spread of signature sushi rolls and handmade sauces using familiar, easy-to-find ingredients, and easy-to-master culinary techniques.
Some of the rolls you can look forward to handcrafting in this class include the classic California roll, the oh-so-popular spicy tuna roll, a refreshing vegetable roll, and so much more!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Spicy Tuna Roll

Vegetable Roll
With carrots, asparagus, avocado, cucumber, rice, nori, and sesame seeds
Spicy Mayonnaise and Other Sauces
With mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, sugar, and soy sauce
