Chef Dom was wonderful, and my wife (also a chef), had a fabulous date night making sushi. Highly recommend her talents, thank you!

Unfortunately I have to give a low rating for this class. Chef Dom was very nice and did very well explaining some history of sushi and how to make it. My husband and I left before we got to make any sushi as it was unsanitary. Everyone was just digging their hands into the same rice bowl and dipping their fingers in this bowl of water, I am not sure everyone even washed their hands but regardless this is not sanitary. If everyone had gloves I would have been ok with it.
