Cooking Class: Sushi Rolling Basics
Learn the basics of Japanese cuisine and sushi in this cooking class with Chef John while using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master techniques.
After beginning by brewing a batch of golden miso soup, you will learn how to treat rice for sushi, basic knife skills, and sushi rolling techniques. You can also look forward to concocting a delicious sushi dipping sauce!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef John was great! He taught us a few tricks during the dinner and made the whole experience personal and cozy. I recommend this to anyone looking to have a great night while also learning a bit more about cooking.

I took my wife there for her Birthday, we had an amazing time, we learnt a lot of prep and cooking, the food was amazingly delicious. Chef John was such a great host, teacher and chef! I would definitely recommend him and I would definitely return.
