This session is a complete crash course in the art of pasta making, with a focus on preparing fresh pasta and pillowy gnocchi. You'll learn everything from how to mix the perfect dough to hand-rolling different pasta shapes, along with kneading, cutting and cooking techniques. Once your pasta is ready, Chef Luna will guide you through the ultimate recipe for a tasty, well-seasoned marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil.
