Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta With Chef Sarah

Discover how easy making homemade pasta can be in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sarah!


To make pasta presto, you'll first learn how to make the dough. Combine flour, eggs, water and salt into a simple dough. Then, master the technique to knead and shape it. Chef Sarah will teach you how to cut assorted shapes and how to cook them until al dente. Then, whip up a rich browned butter sauce seasoned with sage and garlic to pair with your pasta. At the end of class, enjoy your homemade feast and your newly minted culinary skills.
