Discover the culinary magic of mushrooms in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shadi.
The earthy and humble mushroom takes center stage in this interactive cooking session. You'll start with a cup of bliss in the form of a mushroom latte with truffle, reishi and turkey tail. After savoring this delicious brew, Chef Shadi will take you on a step by step journey to preparing a cream of king trumpet soup with gluten-free peasant loaf, followed by lion’s mane crab cakes with a vegan remoulade. For dessert, you'll make gluten-free blue bliss cupcakes with turkey tail, reishi and truffle mushrooms. This class is a great way to explore new ways to use mushrooms and you'll be using organic, non-GMO mushrooms throughout.
