Join Chef Shadi for a taste of the Mediterranean in this fun cooking class.
You'll prepare an authentic Mediterranean feast starting with gluten-free tabbouleh with pomegranate and hemp hearts. Next is a hummus platter made the traditional way with sumac, za'atar and cucumber salad. Chef Shadi will also show you how to make Persian Meatballs from scratch along with Mediterranean flatbread to accompany the meal. Saving the best for last, the session ends with a step-by-step demonstration of Persian-inspired baklava complete with rose, cardamom and rose mousse garnish. Mediterranean food is known for its fresh, wholesome flavors and what better way to explore this delightful cuisine than with a hands-on cooking class from a professional chef?
