Join Chef Shadi's cooking class for a fun course in hearty Italian cuisine.
You'll start by crafting fresh pasta from scratch to create two delicious dishes: mushroom-filled ravioli and linguine with a rich, savory Bolognese sauce. Next, you'll prepare a refreshing salad with crisp arugula, prosciutto, cracked pepper, lemon vinaigrette and gluten-free focaccia. Yum! The session ends on a sweet note as Chef Shadi guides you through a classic dessert: single-serving tiramisu cups with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone. By the end of the class, you'll have learned how to make restaurant-quality Italian recipes and have the confidence to recreate them at home.
