Score big on Game Day in this cooking class with Chef Itztli!
To begin the class, you'll make a cheesy and savory queso fundido. Melt Mexican cheese and stir in spicy chorizo, chipotle and pickled onions to make the perfect dip to enjoy with chips. Next, make a sticky miso sauce with miso, soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame to coat crispy wings. Then, coat jumbo shrimp in batter to make shrimp corn dogs with a Calabrian Dijonnaise on the side for dipping. Finally, end on a sweet note by making baklava beignets with brown butter honey and a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
