Under the guidance of Chef Amal, you'll learn how to make homemade macarons to have as treats or give as gifts. Whip up the perfect macaron batter with egg whites, powdered sugar, and almond powder. Learn the secrets to achieving the perfect macaron for a smooth and shiny batter. Then, practice piping skills to make each shell. As the macarons bake, you'll make two types of ganache with heavy cream: white chocolate and raspberry. Assemble your treats and enjoy the sweet feast.
