The session begins with a buttery pâte choux, a classic French pastry dough that serves as the base for delicious treats like éclairs and cream puffs. Once you've perfected the dough's consistency, you'll pipe it into elegant shapes to create three iconic French desserts. First up is the Paris-Brest, a ring-shaped pastry filled with tasty praline crème mousseline, followed by éclairs filled with silky pastry cream and finally, a show-stopping French pastry tower (croquembouche) stacked and bound together with caramel.
