Cooking Class: Choux Pastries for Beginners

Put on your pastry chef hat and get ready to recreate iconic French delicacies with master Chef Agnes. The session begins with a buttery pâte choux, a classic French pastry dough that serves as the base for delicious treats like Ă©clairs and cream puffs. Once you've perfected the dough's consistency, you'll pipe it into elegant shapes to create three iconic French desserts. First up is the Paris-Brest, a ring-shaped pastry filled with tasty praline crème mousseline, followed by Ă©clairs filled with silky pastry cream and finally, a show-stopping French pastry tower (croquembouche) stacked and bound together with caramel.
